MISSION STATEMENT
The Volunteer Center of United Way of Gladwin County is dedicated to mobilizing
people and resources to deliver creative solutions to needs in Gladwin County.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Encourage volunteerism in Gladwin County
Encourage healthier communities and helps promote an improved county image
Acknowledge volunteer achievements via newspaper and radio through Annual Youth and Adult Lifetime Achievement Awards.
Recruit Volunteers for Gladwin County Agencies, programs and projects.
Organize Make-a-Difference Day projects and recruit volunteers to facilitate the projects.
Mentor new Agencies
Allow people the opportunity to give back to their community.
